HTC Launches New Smartphones

HTC Corporation launched three new phones which are the new updated versions of its most popular and advanced Smartphone.  The new Smartphone’s are HTC Desire S, HTC Incredible S, and HTC Wildfire.  These phones were unveiled in Barcelona on February 15, 2011. HTC also announced some updates to some of their current design.  With this latest launch, HTC is fast becoming the global leaders in mobile innovation and design.  HTC is providing a distinct variety in design, power and value for money in the ever expanding market for Smartphones.  These Smartphones focuses on making the life of their tech-savvy customers simple and hassle free.  The latest Smartphones are a unique mix of technology, style, and innovation with a personalized touch that can take the user’s mobile experience to a greater level.
The new set of Smartphones offers the user to choose from a wide variety of colors including black, purple and white. The phone’s home screen is fully customizable with all applications, widgets and content.  These Smartphones have a 5-megapixel color camera with auto focus, expandable microSD memory.  It also supports a variety of audio and video formats making it a great all-around multimedia device which is easy to carry around in any pocket.  The Incredible S and Desire S Smartphones features Android Gingerbird and updated specifications from their predecessors.

HTC Desire S

  

The new HTC Desire S is an eye-catching blend of design, power and speed.   It comes with an aluminium body and is a successor to the popular and award-winning HTC Desire.  The HTC Desire S is sculpted out of a single block of aluminum making it feel solid and natural in your hand.  With updated Qualcomm’s new 1GHz Snapdrago MSM8255 processor and Adreno 205 GPU, the HTC Desire S offers snappy performance and power. It also offers dual front and back 5 MP HD cameras capable of 720p High-Definition video recording. It features a 3.7-inch WVGA Super LCD touch screen with Gorilla Glass which presents multimedia content brilliantly.  It also has a slightly larger battery at 1450 mAh, and more RAM at 768MB, but HTC has done away with the original Desire’s optical trackpad. It is priced at Rs25,490 in India.

HTC Incredible S


The HTC Incredible S Smartphone combines cutting-edge design and high-end mobile technology meant for a top class mobile experience. This phone takes the mobile phone design to a new standard and will give its competitors a run for their money.  The HTC Incredible S Smartphone features a stunning, contoured body that highlights the internal hardware components of the device. It has Qualcom’s updated MSM8255 chipset featuring a 1GHz Scorpion processor and the Adreno 205 GPU.  It operates on 768 MB of RAM and 1.1 GB of ROM.  Capturing and viewing video in crystal clear 720p High-Definition has never been so easy and a bright 4-inch WVGA Super LCD display and stereo surround sound bring a vibrant cinematic experience to the palm of your hand.
HTC Incredible S also takes high quality pictures with its 8-megapixel autofocus camera with dual-LED flash and image stabilization. It easily enables videos, photos and music to be shared from the handset direct to a TV using DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) technology. With the HTC Incredible S’s front facing 1.3 megapixel camera and video call functionality the users will constantly be able to chat with their friends face-to-face.  The Incredible S Smartphone is priced at Rs 28,990 in India.

HTC Wildfire S

 

The HTC Wildfire S Smartphone is the successor of the popular HTC Wildfire Smartphone and is an affordable, compact and playful device meant for a powerful Smartphone experience.  It enables people to stay connected with friends through popular social networking sites like Facebook and as well as through voice and text messaging.   This phone allows you to instantly tag your friends in photos before posting them on Facebook, or share your latest discoveries from the Android Market at the touch of a button.
HTC Wildfire S is among HTC’s smallest phones to date and is targeted at the younger, social network loving crowd; it measures just 10.13cm long and 5.94cm wide. It has a distinctive 3.2 inch, HVGA display and 5-megapixel camera.
